About the project

The brief and the answer

The Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation asked us to explain the Khrabrovo industrial park — without the dry recital of figures and economic terminology. So we turned the presentation into a tour: an entrepreneur flies in, is met with bread and salt right outside the Khrabrovo terminal, and then drives around the park with a notebook of questions. The questions themselves are literally placed in the frame, hand-written on cardboard signs: “How do I get here?!”, “Infrastructure?!”, “Terms for residents”, “Land tax!”, “Duty-free imports!”. The answers arrive just as plainly — three-dimensional figures standing beside the characters and the machinery: 2.5 km to the airport, 39 MW of capacity, 345 hectares of land, 0% tax on profit and property. Between scenes the park appears as a glowing map from above, and the residents — Phoenix Ingredients, Otcpharm Pro, Ampertex — are filmed at their actual sites, with Ampertex CEO Pavel Pogrebnyakov playing himself. We shot at Khrabrovo airport, at the park’s water treatment facilities and inside working plants; the whole project took a month.
