About the project

The brief and the answer

AI agents are not AI tasks: this was the second major presentation project we produced in parallel with “AI Tasks” within a single month. The story centres on AI agents inside Bitrix24 — digital assistants that businesses can build in the system, tailor to their needs, embed into workflows and connect to other services. The film demonstrates a 1C integration and shows how an agent moves between systems to automate real operations. One project of this level in a month is already a full production sprint; we delivered two at once and presented the release at Skolkovo. At the same time, the crew never switched off other clients: our processes keep a large release from compromising any other project. This case is not only about AI agents — it is about coordination, control and a team that never lets the project down.

Backstage

Two shifts, one month

Day one was the Rascvet office: the space was completely rebuilt for the frame, with light brought in through the windows from lifts. Day two was a night shift at the Marsianin coffee shop, shooting “day for night” to create the feeling of a sunny morning beyond dark windows. For an additional perspective we invited director Roma Olympic from Moscow — when a brief calls for a bigger scale, we bring in the right specialists.

P.S. Every new Bitrix release brings the same cocktail of emotions: butterflies in the stomach, a little panic in the head and excitement in the eyes. It will be hot. It will be scary. It will be very interesting.

And all of this is
