About the project
The brief and the answer
“AI Tasks” is a musical presentation film for a new Bitrix24 product. Voice messages, video circles and spoken requests automatically become proper tasks — complete with assignees, checklists and owners. We placed the product carefully, and very insistently, right into the chorus so viewers would not simply watch it but sing it. This is FRANEMA’s fourth musical film for Bitrix24, and each time we aim for a memorable format rather than just another advert. We spent almost three weeks choosing the concept, considered around fifteen ideas and produced four demo songs before arriving at a lightly self-ironic musical format. Then came two shooting days and a full production cycle: pre-production, storyboards, a pre-shoot, filming and graphics.

Backstage
Every “blah-blah” turned into action
The film premiered at Skolkovo as part of the AI product launch. Kaliningrad has no filming stages, so we rebuilt someone else’s office into a set; at the airport we replaced “Khrabrovo” with a universal “Airport” sign; Martin the dog got a custom-made costume, and the graphics hide a joke reading “send photos of the documents”. On screen, tasks appear when you simply speak; behind the scenes, a large crew made the scale possible.
