An HR film shot as a single video call: a tour of the office and of Kaliningrad
About the project
The brief and the answer
Innoseti is an IT company building products for the logistics industry. They came to us for an HR film: it had to show everything that is good about working in their Kaliningrad office. Rather than list those things, we let someone show them. It opens with a chat: a developer is messaged about a vacancy — and instead of a presentation he gets a video call. Almost the entire film is then one selfie tour: an employee walks through the office with the camera while the candidate stays in a small window in the corner of the frame the whole time. Table tennis, the kitchen, meeting rooms, bean bags, colleagues saying hello straight down the lens. Then the tour steps outside, and working in Kaliningrad turns out to be about what surrounds the office too: the cathedral on Kant Island, the embankment, the park, the beach at dusk and surfing in the Baltic. It ends with the call being hung up: the candidate arrives for real, and the team greets him with a dance and a welcome pack.
