A film about a bakery chain seen from two sides at once: through the eyes of a guest, and from the business side
About the project
The brief and the answer
Even during prep — the scout and the pre-shoot — our team visited every bakery in the chain several times over: there are 19 of them, spread across four towns in the region. The bakeries run almost around the clock, yet we managed to fit around each individual location, so the quality was there without interrupting the continuous process. The film’s main job was to show the project from two sides: through the eyes of a guest, and from the business side. We showed the first side through the guest’s own experience — their emotions, their reasons to walk in, and the routines they already know. Into the second we added production processes and part of the team that usually stays behind the scenes. We wanted to reach different segments of a wide audience, talk about values and expertise, and leave a sense of immersion as an aftertaste — as if you had just walked out of the bakery.
