About the project
The brief and the answer
The brief was to bring the Shishkin family — the mascots of the Russian Europe residential complex — to life and integrate them into real photographs and architectural renders. From the outside, generative AI can look like a single button: click it and the film is done. This project took almost two months, with most of the time spent not on generation but on preparation — script, storyboards, tests, long prompts, dozens of rebuilds and constant supervision to keep the bears from drifting or changing appearance between shots. We worked with the client’s real materials — courtyards, architectural details and environments — and built a pipeline that made the light, space and character movement feel natural. Editing, graphics and generative tools became one production system and one coherent story.

Backstage
Not one button, but a complete pipeline
Every shot went through tests, prompt refinement, motion rebuilds and character-consistency checks. The mascots were matched separately to the real lighting, courtyards and architecture of the residential complex. The bears became so lifelike that they reached regional television and gave an interview at the Kaskad.tv studio.
