About the project

The brief and the answer

A film for the tenth anniversary of Moy Biznes, the entrepreneurship support centre of the Kaliningrad Region. The brief was to show every department of the centre — all seventeen of them — and to catch what makes each one different. We went in deep: we met the whole staff and learned a great deal about how they really work, then turned all of it into an office mockumentary. The employees play themselves and speak straight to camera: one presents their department in complete earnest while another walks in for an appointment wearing a straw hat with a chicken under one arm. Three minutes travel through offices and corridors, the guarantee fund, the podcast studio and the meeting rooms, and end on a group shot on the stairs: the whole centre together, under the line “ten years with you”.
